Management Development Programme (MDP)

Equipping healthcare managers with the practical leadership and management skills needed to strengthen facility operations, improve service delivery and build resilient health systems. Through hands-on training, mentoring and quality improvement methodologies, the programme has supported more than 800 Primary Health Care managers across South Africa.

Global Fund

As Principal Recipient for the Global Fund Grant Cycle 7 programme supporting men who have sex with men, transgender people and people who inject drugs, Aurum provides strategic leadership, grant management and technical oversight while strengthening health systems, community partnerships and equitable access to person-centred HIV services.
