Health Implementation
Aurum’s HIV work spans prevention, treatment, implementation science and differentiated models of care designed to improve long-term health outcomes in communities most affected by HIV. Working alongside governments, healthcare workers, researchers and communities, Aurum supports large-scale HIV programmes that strengthen access to care, improve retention in treatment and expand prevention services across diverse settings.

As Principal Recipient for the Global Fund Grant Cycle 7 programme, Aurum provides strategic leadership, grant management and technical oversight for services supporting men who have sex with men, transgender people and people who inject drugs. The programme strengthens health systems, community partnerships and equitable access to person-centred HIV services.

We support a large-scale HIV care and treatment programmes that strengthen linkage to care, retention, viral suppression and patient-centred healthcare delivery across South Africa.
