Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are given the highest priority at Aurum


Aurum believes in a culture that prioritises Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) which has a sustained, positive impact on our work environment, our people, and the delivery of our results.

We have embarked on an ongoing journey to deepen the culture of inclusion and create a sense of belonging within all areas of the Organisation. We are committed to continuing to build and maintain this culture.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging is one of our strategic objectives. It is inextricably intertwined with all aspects of our vision, mission, culture, and goals. It is a business imperative that is critical to the sustainability of our business.

We are working toward a future that is more diverse, equitable, and inclusive for all by valuing the unique differences that each of us make and we want to be reflective of the communities in which we live and work.

We can only achieve success if we treat everyone with respect. Each of us has a right to work in an environment without discrimination, harassment, violence, and retaliation.

Mandate Molefi Consultants, a well-respected, locally based organisation with international experience and track record, will guide us through the entire journey using their 10-step model for sustainable culture change.

An inclusive culture is co-created by all stakeholders in the organisation. All staff are therefore encouraged to participate in our DEIB journey.
